Product description

A digital certificate is a document that serves as proof of carbon footprint reduction through tree planting. This certificate is provided in digital form and is intended for personal or business use.

Order and delivery process

Ordering a certificate is done by filling out and submitting the order form on the website. Once the order is confirmed and the appropriate amount is paid, the digital certificate will be sent to the customer's email in PDF format.

Prices and payment terms

Prices for digital certificates are listed on the website. Payment is possible via the online payment methods listed on the website.

Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the certificate. Due to the digital nature of the product, withdrawal is only possible if the certificate has not been activated or used.

In the event of technical problems with the delivery or opening of the certificate, the company will provide support or a refund. Complaints regarding the content or validity of the certificate must be addressed within 30 days of receipt.
